Our seniors are going a great job producing these videos each week for our Wednesday night programing. Enjoy!
We have a hard time loving with the type of love God intents for us to display. (1 Corinthians 13) This “First Love Challenge” (#FLChallenge) is to help drive home the point, we need to learn to love first! Pick 5 challenges. You have 3 weeks to complete them. With every challenge tweet, Facebook or Instagram your thoughts using #FLChallenge hastag. It’s possible and just one way we can learn how to FIRST LOVE.
Pick any of the 5 challenges. You have 3 weeks to complete them. Have fun!

Last year was our inaugural year of Fall Retreat… and it was AWESOME! Many of our students loved our time at Horton Haven. Below is the highlight video. Be sure to take a look.
This year is shaping up to be another incredible get away! We are headed to a NEW LOCATION, YMCA Camp of Nashville, November 22-24. Our theme this year is RE:new RE:vive RE:fresh RE:treat! God is in the business of making all things new. Taking our lives, re:newing them and re:deeming them for His glory. We are taking the whole weekend to re:treat and re:fresh our souls.
We have invited some of our good friends to come lead us in worship and Bible study. Andrew Adams and his band will be lead us in worship. We have a couple of surprise friends coming to share God’s Word with us and will announce their names later.
The cost for this weekend is $70 during the month of September. The price jumps to $80 in the month of October and goes up even higher during the month of November to $100. It pays to sign up early! ALSO, we have opened up Early-bird registration ($45) for COLLIDE as a special add-on to your Fall Retreat registration. It’s like a “two for” deal. Two early bird prices for one low price.

What a joy to introduce Tiffany Williams as our new HSM Associate. Many of you know Tiffany, she is no stranger to New Vision. She has faithfully served in our preschool ministry and high school ministry for several years. She has a passion for serving and ministering to High School students and we are pretty excited she’s here.
Tiffany’s official start date will be July 22. She will begin working part-time. Her main responsibilities will be event planning, administration, girls ministry and keeping Steve from losing his mind!!
She loves her dogs, reading, traveling and the outdoors with her husband Brent. She studied to be a diamontologist and has some experience in picking out the best diamond for your spouse.
We are pumped beyond belief to have Tiffany a part of the New Vision staff. Be sure to high-five or hug her neck the next time you see her!!
Oh yes! Morgan, Maddie, Kayla, Luke and Wendell are up to no good! Kayaking, No Groups in July are just some of the things they talk about. Enjoy.

With the summer in full swing, I was reminded this morning of how important it is for ALL OF US to be focused on keeping the main thing, the main thing. There is SO MUCH going on this summer with Beach Camp, Dominican Republic Mission trip and our Wednesday Night worship events.
So, beginning this Wednesday night, I’m asking all who can (Parents & Students) to come early and pray. Each week, we’ll provide a prayer guide. Circle up with your friends and family and seek the Lord in prayer.
We can do nothing outside of prayer. Will you join us every Wednesday at 6:30pm in Room 303?
